The Aeronautical Information Circulars (AIC) contains information of general technical interest and/or of administrative nature, which is felt not appropriated to be integrated in the AIP, or disseminated by NOTAM. An international series of AIC is published in English language and is numbered in yearly cycle starting on the 1st January each year, and can be easily identified by light blue sheets (only in paper form).
